Our method combines tailored strategic planning, continuous monitoring, targeted advocacy, and consistent communication to ensure that the City’s policy priorities and positions are effectively advanced before the Florida Legislature, the Executive Branch, relevant state agencies, and Bay County. Our approach is informed by twenty-five years of experience representing local governments, not- for-profit organizations, corporations, and associations throughout Florida. We understand that successful legislative advocacy requires more than being present during the 60-day session; it demands a year-round engagement strategy built on trust, relationships, and a deep understanding of both the process and the policy. Conflicts of Interest PLG currently has no known conflicts of interest with respect to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We do not represent any entity adverse to the City. The firm confirms its commitment not to represent any entity in any capacity in support of a position opposed to that of the City. We routinely conduct internal due diligence to identify potential conflicts and provide proactive notification to clients if any arise. Should a potential conflict emerge in the future, we will immediately notify the City and work diligently to develop a resolution that protects both of our clients’ interests. However, we are confident in our ability to successfully represent both the City and our current client base without conflict.
