The technology has improved <br />significantly and has incorporated artificial intelligence and a cloud -based serverto increase the security <br />of the information housed and improve the functionality for officers in the field. Additionally, the <br />software will have an internal affairs module that will replace an end -of -life product from another <br />vendor. The improvements are much needed and will ensure that we remain compliant with CJIS <br />security policy relevant to service availability. <br />The improved functionality and features described above will be implemented immediately under prior <br />Commission authorization in Resolution No. 2025-3908, and the new rates under this amendment will <br />take effect in October 2026 as outlined below. <br />Year 1$124,316.34 <br />Year 2: $275,897.10 <br />Year 3: $316,824.01 <br />Year4: $326,328.73 <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />670 <br />
