The following requests are included in the application package: <br />1. Pursuant to Sections §265-13 and §265-14 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting approval of conditional use for an off -site temporary sales <br />center. <br />2. Pursuant to Section §265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the <br />Applicant is requesting site plan approval for a one-story temporary sales center with 4,480 <br />square feet of floor area. <br />3. Pursuant to Section §265-35 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development Regulations, the <br />Applicant is requesting a variance to reduce the north side setback from 20' to 11'. <br />4.
