I added the sentence after conditions of approval. <br />2/5/26 <br />PZ2025-15 <br />18325 Collins Avenue <br />Engineering / Public Works Conditions of Approval: <br />Please provide a response to comments letter confirming how each comment was addressed <br />at the time of building permitting. Please contact Heidi Henderson, hhendersonCa)sibfl.net, if <br />you have any questions. <br />1. Please provide a copy of the FDOT determination letter approving the location and width <br />of the proposed driveway. Please show and label dimensions on the site plan per the <br />FDOT determination letter, as applicable. <br />2. Please provide correspondence from Miami -Dade County (MDC) Water Control <br />confirming the stormwater management system requirements for the site. <br />3. Please provide signed and sealed drainage report including a narrative stating the MDC <br />DERM criteria and how the criteria are met in the proposed design. Include the <br />calculations in the report. Please provide the signed and sealed geotechnical report <br />and/or the signed and sealed percolation test for the soil information. Please use <br />consistent soil information in the soil storage calculations. <br />4. Direct runoff into the ROW is prohibited. Please demonstrate on the plans how the <br />drainage requirements will be met onsite and across the driveway. Please identify the <br />berm elevation on the Paving, Grading, and Drainage Plan and details, and on the <br />sections adjacent to the property lines. Show how the trench drain will not act as an <br />overflow into the ROW. <br />5. On,C-300, the existing elevations on the existing sidewalk in the ROW are shown as 4.59, <br />4.64; however, C-300 shows two proposed elevations of 6.22 and 6.18 ME, match <br />existing. The elevations have about a 1.57' difference so this is not a match existing <br />357 <br />
