Please submit a survey <br />that is consistent with the civil plans. <br />7. The survey states that the elevations are in NGVD. C-300 note #11 states it is in NGVD; <br />however, the elevations are inconsistent. Please address this on C-300. <br />8. Revisit the proposed grades for the ADA stall. Show elevations at all four corners of the <br />stall and access aisle not exceeding 2% slope in any direction. Currently, the 8.97 TOC <br />will exceed the allowable slope with the elevations shown. <br />9. Provide the FDOT curb ramp and FDOT detectable warning strip details. Please provide <br />the curb detail(s). <br />10. Dimension the front and back of the building entrances and walkways and label the <br />uses of the areas. <br />11. Label and dimension if there is an access to the beach. <br />12. Add the zigzag line hatch to the legend.
