Please provide a Trip Generation Statement prepared by a traffic engineer. Please include daily, AM, and PM <br />Trips per ITE Trip Generation Manual current edition. Please include equations/rates, excerpts, and <br />assumptions made to calculate the trip generation. <br />LSN LAW Response: Please see attached for the Trip Generation Statement. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: Please clarify in the report the relationship between the project at <br />18325 Collins Ave and the property to the south (18291 Collins Ave). The traffic statement indicates that there <br />will be one full -access driveway at Collins Ave and 183rd St. Please refer to the southern property in the traffic <br />statement. <br />Site Plan Comments <br />2. Please dimension ADA parking space. <br />LSN LAW Response: Please refer to Sheet C-200 for ADA parking space dimensions. <br />CGA Response: Satisfied. <br />3. Please include R1-2 sign detail. Please revise PMS and relocate directional arrow. <br />4. Please note that a R6-2R maybe needed for the vehicles heading EB to access the traffic circle. <br />LSN LAW Response: Please refer to Sheets C-200 and C-201 for R6-2R details and signage. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: A R6-2R sign has been mislabeled as R6-2L.
