Memorandum <br />E X C E P T 1 0 N A L S 0 L U T 1 0 N S' <br />l <br />LSN LAW Response: ADA loading zones in the right of way are existing. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: Please include detectable warnings at the WB approach. <br />13. The Signalization plans for SR A1A/Collins Ave.& 183rd Street show the WB approach and the detection zone <br />in a straight angle. The Civil plans show a curved approach. Please confirm the proposed signalization applies <br />to the driveway configuration. <br />LSN LAW Response: Please note that the same curb cut is being utilized at the access driveway. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: Detection zones shall accommodate the WB movement for the <br />proposed project. Any issues resulting from the misrepresentation of the existing and proposed configuration <br />of the driveway shall be the applicants responsibility. <br />14. It appears that the driveway at the intersection shifted from the original alignment. Please confirm that the <br />driveway complies with Maximum Deflection Angle Through the Intersection per FDOT. <br />LSN LAW Response: Pre-app meeting on 1/28/2026 has been scheduled with FDOT to discuss. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: The proposed configuration shall follow FDOT standards. Please see <br />comment 13. <br />15. Please note that the autoturn exhibit shows the design vehicle on top of the median and hitting the curb at <br />different locations. Please address this issue. Please include radii in the exhibit. <br />LSN LAW Response: Acknowledged. Please refer to autoturn exhibits. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: Please provide a narrative indicating how the trash will be moved from <br />the Sales Center to the Dumpster. In addition, please include the loading zone per section 265-46. <br />16. Please clarify how the trash will be collected. Please provide an auto -turn exhibit showing the design vehicle <br />accessing and leaving the location where the trash will be picked up. <br />LSN LAW Response: Trash is being collected by a private provider. More detail to be provided by private trash <br />collection provider. <br />CGA Response: Condition of approval: Please provide a narrative indicating how the trash will be moved from <br />the Sales Center to the Dumpster. Fire lanes may also be needed for the project. <br />17. Please confirm that the proposed driveway configuration allows SB left turn movements. <br />LSN LAW Response: Pre-app meeting on 1/28/2026 has been scheduled with FDOT to discuss. <br />CGA Response: Noted. <br />18. Please include sight distance triangles for the driveway near the southern traffic circle. <br />LSN LAW Response: Those driveways are existing and not a part of project scope. <br />Revised: 08/25 361 <br />
