Roadway segment capacities were <br />calculated based on FDOT's latest 2023 Multimodal Quality/Level of Service Handbook. FDOT 2023 <br />Multimodal Quality/Level of Service Handbook excerpts are contained in Appendix K. <br />ROADWAY CAPACITY ANALYSIS <br />Tables 4, 5, and 6 provide a summary of the A.M. and P.M. peak hour roadway segment analysis <br />for existing, future background, and future total conditions, respectively, utilizing FDOT's latest <br />2023 Multimodal Quality/Level of Service Handbook.
