(Corradino) provide <br />a traffic engineering peer review of the Miami Beach Club project located at 19051 Collins <br />Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. 33160. The following are the traffic review comments based <br />on the 11/25/25 Shared Parking Analysis resubmittal: <br />1. A traffic impact study per the approved traffic assessment methodology needs to be <br />submitted for review and approval. <br />Kim ley Horn & Associates, Inc. 07/30/25 Response: Comment noted. A traffic impact <br />analysis will be submitted for review and approval. <br />TCG 08/19/25 Response: Addressed. This will be cross-checked as part of the TIS <br />review. <br />TCG 09/26/25 Response: Addressed.
