Architectural Plans: A2.0 <br />• Remove bumper stops of the stack parkings <br />• Provide maneauvarability for cars getting out of the indicated parking spaces. <br />• Show parking and isles dimensions <br />• Show handicapped parking spaces <br />• Show ramp dimensions <br />LSN Law, P.A. 07/30/25 Response: Bumper stops have been removed as needed; all <br />dimensions and handicapped parking spaces have been added. Additionally, <br />maneuverability has been analyzed and depictions have been added to the site plan set <br />as Sheets ME-1, ME-2, and ME-3. <br />TCG 08/19/25 Response: This item is still pending future civil engineering submittal. <br />LSN Law, P.A. 09/10/25 Response: Noted, will be addressed at time of full building <br />permit submittal. <br />TCG 09/26/25 Response: Addressed. Civil Engineering Plan Sheets: C-300 <br />• Provide driveway locations, including new curb and gutter limits and new 6" <br />concrete sidewalk limits. <br />• Provide new grading spot elevations. <br />• Provide paving shapes/ground cover <br />• Provide inverts of pipes <br />• Provide drainage patterns <br />• Depth and invert elevations of the new exfiltration trench <br />• Provide drainage report/calculations <br />• Provide MEP plans showing the drainage pipes coming out of the building <br />• Provide injection wells calculations <br />• Provide geotechnical information, regarding soil information, percolation tests, etc <br />• Review notes 8 and 22, as they seem to be similar. <br />• Please check the notes for typo errors <br />LSN Law, P.A. 07/30/25 Response: Acknowledged.
