The site is located at 19051 Collins <br />Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 (Folio No. 31-2202-016-0001). <br />Land Use Review: <br />Subject to the comments below, the proposed use at this location conforms to Code of Miami -Dade <br />County, Chapter 33, Article XXXVII Airport Zoning, Section 33-333 (A) Land use Compatibility <br />Regulations. <br />Airspace Review: <br />Our review of the plans and data provided finds that the maximum elevations of 828 feet <br />AMSL/NAVD88 for the proposed permanent structures at the referenced location conforms to the <br />requirements of the Code of Miami -Dade County, Chapter 33, Article XXXVII Airport Zoning, <br />Sec. 33-333 (B) Height/Airspace Regulations. <br />
