Proposal to Furnish Professional Services City of Sunny Isles Beach — Gov't. Center Exterior Renovations Architect's Project No. 2607 Page Two different material for the City's review and approval. This work will include the removal of the existing stainless steel roof coping so that the new roofing installed under a separate project, can be properly flashed at the parapets. Existing Fountain: The existing fountain will be drained and the marcite waterproofing will be investigated for repairs or replacement with new. The existing electrical (lights, jets, wiring, etc.) will be removed and replaced with Code -compliant devices. The fountain walls will be dressed in either a tile or a troweled coating. The sub -consultants will be as follows: Structural Engineers: DDA Engineers, P.A. Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Engineers: SDM Engineers, Inc. SECTION 3 - BASIC SERVICES (per continuing contract agreement): Phase II — Preliminary Design Services • Includes two design review meetings with Staff to review two options. Phase III - Construction Documents Services • Includes construction cost estimate. Phase IV - Bidding and Permitting Services • Includes (1) bid opening meeting Phase V - Construction Administration Services • Includes regularly scheduled bi-weekly Owner/Arch itect/Contractor meetings for a period of 9 months. _Included in Basic Fee: • 3D renderings of (2) options. Max. 2 images per option. Not included in Basic Fee: • Testing of existing concrete foundations for adequacy of use; • Site Design (surveying, civil and landscaping design). SECTION 4 — PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE based on initial site information: $700,000.00 +/- SECTION 6 - PROPOSED SCHEDULE: Complete Project Schedule: • Field Investigation and one meeting with stakeholders for concept input — 2 weeks • PH. II — Prelim. Design Services, 100% — 4 weeks Pause for City Commission review and approval dependent on Commission meeting schedule — 4 weeks. • PH. III- Construction Documents, 100% —10 weeks • PH.
