<br />• Assist in preparing City ordinances, codes, standards, regulations, and policies.
<br />• Miscellaneous tasks as requested by the City Manager.
<br />• Consulting services shall include, but not limited to: development and implementation of leak
<br />detection studies, survey and audit phases of water distribution system leaks, water
<br />conservation analysis, recommendations and related work.

<br />o PLEASE INDICATE IF YOUR FIRM HAS A SUB-CONSULTANT FOR: MECHANICAL, HVAC &
<br />PLUMBING ENGINEERS - Services shall include, but shall not be limited to: study phase,
<br />design, and construction phase services relating to mechanical working drawings, HVAC
<br />working drawings, and plumbing drawings, construction drawings, and related
<br />miscellaneous work.

<br />o PLEASE INDICATE IF YOUR FIRM HAS A SUB-CONSULTANT FOR: STRUCTURAL
<br />ENGINEERING SERVICES – The projects include, but are not limited to, structural
<br />inspection, condition assessment, evaluation of structural integrity, developing master
<br />plans, designing new structures with complete replacement phasing stages, and designing
<br />the rehabilitation and strengthening of existing structures using conventional and
<br />advanced materials, such as composites and fiber reinforced polymers. Nondestructive
<br />testing, under water inspection, nonlinear finite element analysis, and integrity
<br />assessment of structural elements. Design of repair/strengthening techniques and
<br />development of construction documents for all types of structures such as, buildings,
<br />bridges, seawalls, and water and wastewater plant structures.
<br />
<br />4. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS
<br />
<br />• Provide general consultation, electrical engineering design, technical specification,
<br />construction documents, bidding services, construction administration services, on-site
<br />representation, cost estimates and other electrical engineering services including but not
<br />limited to street lighting, sport field lighting and the repair and / or replacement of the
<br />electrical systems in other city facilities.
<br />• Preliminary cost estimates.
<br />• Miscellaneous tasks as requested by the City Manager.
<br />• Provide 3-D renderings of projects in hard and electronic copy and in format useable to the
<br />City for the creation of its 3-D database.
<br />
<br />5. SURVEYORS AND MAPPING
<br />
<br />• Services shall include, but not be limited to: Design survey services relating to meets and
<br />bounds, topography, elevation certificates, GPS data collection and related work.
<br />• Miscellaneous tasks as requested by the City Manager.
<br />
<br />6. ENVIRONMENTAL / COASTAL ENGINEERING
<br />
<br />• Miscellaneous environmental services and monitoring.
<br />• Including but not limited to: monitoring and mitigation, environmental studies and reports.
