GENERAL CIVIL ENGINEERS <br /> <br />• Provide civil general engineering services the roadway & drainage improvement, stormwater <br />wells to pressurized wells by adding pumps, water distribution system, wastewater collection <br />system and other Civil Engineering projects, which may include roads, bridges, pump stations, <br />well injections, water and sewer, pipelines, structural components of buildings. <br />• Provide roadway design services. <br />• NPDES permitting <br />• Provide feasibility study, planning. <br />• Prepare construction solicitation documents. <br />• Prepare construction cost estimates. <br />• Prepare and process permit applications. <br />• Provide bidding assistance. <br />• Prepare, process, and administer grant applications. <br />• Prepare computerized maps and records. <br />• Provide surveying, aerial mapping, and GIS Services. <br />• Provide general plan review services. <br />• Prepare financial, economic, and rate studies. <br />• The General Civil Engineering Services provided shall be in compliance with Federal, State and <br />local Regulatory Agencies. <br />• Provide general consultation, street engineering design, technical specification, construction <br />documents, bidding services, construction administration services, on-site representation, <br />cost estimates and other street engineering services including but not limited to field <br />inspections, structural analysis, reports and recommendations for the repair and / or <br />replacement of the city’s facilities. <br />• As needed, act as the City’s designated representative for various governmental engineering <br />functions including review of development responses and issue comments related to <br />compliance with relevant City Codes, participation in Design Review Committee, issuance or <br />recommendations for issuance of various City permits, and attend meetings at the City’s <br />request.
