<br /> RFQ # 26-07-01 CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING <br />SERVICES (CCNA) <br /> Page 20 <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />18070 Collins Ave. | Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />305.792.1707 | sibfl.net | Purchasing@sibfl.net <br />• Prepare and process permit applications. <br />• Provide bidding assistance. <br />• Prepare, process, and administer grant applications. <br />• Prepare computerized maps and records. <br />• Provide surveying, aerial mapping, and GIS Services. <br />• Provide general plan review services. <br />• Prepare financial, economic, and rate studies. <br />• Provide plans developed on AutoCAD’s latest version, and copies of a reproducible hard copy <br />and CD of plans to the City <br />• Provide general consultation. <br />• Assist in preparing City ordinances, codes, standards, regulations, and policies. <br />• As needed, act as the City’s designated representative and architect for various governmental <br />architectural functions including review of development responses and issue comments <br />related to compliance with relevant City Codes, participation in Design Review Committee, <br />issuance or recommendations for issuance of various City permits, and attend meetings at <br />the City’s request. <br />• Miscellaneous tasks as requested by the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS – As per Florida State Statute, Section 481.303, “Landscape Architecture” <br />means professional services, provided by a Landscape Architect registered/licensed in the State of <br />Florida, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />• Consultation, investigation, research, planning, design, preparation of drawings, <br />specifications, contract documents and reports, responsible construction supervision, or <br />landscape management in connection with the planning and development of land and <br />incidental water areas, including the use of Florida-friendly landscaping as defined in s. <br />373.185, where, and to the extent that, the dominant purpose of such services or creative <br />works is the preservation, conservation, enhancement, or determination of proper land uses, <br />natural land features, ground cover and plantings, or naturalistic and aesthetic values; <br />• Provision of signed and sealed drawings and specifications for landscaping construction <br />projects <br />• Develop bid specifications for landscape maintenance services <br />• Site master planning, analysis and design <br />• Urban design plans/concept diagrams <br />• Open space planning, analysis and design <br />• Development of design guidelines <br />• Development of Maintenance Standards <br />• Perform landscape maintenance service inspections <br />• Renderings <br />• Provide inspections and plan reviews. <br />• Beach and Dunescaping <br />• Active and Passive Park Design <br />• Irrigation Design, Operation and Maintenance <br />• Median and Swale Landscaping Design <br />• Streetscape planning, analysis and design
