A responsive proposal is one which <br />follows the requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, is submitted <br />in the format outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and has the appropriate <br />signatures as required on each document. Failure to comply with these requirements may <br />result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. The contract will be awarded to the <br />most qualified proposer whose proposal best serves the interest of and represents the <br />best values to the City in conformity with Section 62-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />4.2 Proposals will be evaluated on the criteria listed below. <br /> <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (MQRs) – this criterion <br />has no points. If your Firm does not provide all the required MQRs <br />information, your Firm’s proposal will not be reviewed/evaluated, <br />and your Firm’s submission will be disqualified. <br /> <br />MAXIMUM <br />POTENTIAL POINTS <br />1. Proposer’s Qualifications & Relevant Experience: <br />➢ Include years of experience, licenses, insurance, etc. <br />➢ Unique qualifications that the Proposer has to <br />provide the services. <br />➢ FDOT Experience (if applicable) <br />➢ Experience working with regulatory agencies such as <br />Dade County Traffic Engineering Division, Dade <br />County Highway Construction and Engineering <br />Division, and the Florida Department of <br />Transportation, Department for Environmental <br />Resources Management (DERM), Department of <br />Environmental Protection (DEP), and Army Corps of <br />Engineers (ACOE), if applicable. <br />15 <br />2. Experience/Qualifications of Key Proposed Personal: <br />➢ List total number of your firm's key personnel. <br />➢ Organizational Chart. <br />➢ Describe how the Project Manager will allocate <br />his/her time and resources to this Project. <br />➢ Other experience and qualifications relevant to this <br />Project. <br />➢ Current Workload <br />➢ Provide the relevant qualifications, licenses and <br />experience of the proposed key staff members from <br />the Proposer and its sub-consultants who will be <br />assigned to this Project. Include resumes for all key <br />staff described, including all subconsultants’ key staff <br />30
