Approach to Project Management <br />➢ Cost Control: Describe cost control methods for the <br />design and construction phases. How did you develop <br />cost estimates and how often were they updated? <br />Provide examples of how these techniques were <br />used and what degree of accuracy was achieved. <br />Include examples of successful value engineering to <br />maintain project budgets without sacrificing quality. <br />➢ Scheduling: Describe the way in which your firm <br />develops and maintains design and construction <br />project schedules. Provide examples of how these <br />techniques were used. Include specific examples of <br />scheduling challenges, and how your firm helped solve <br />them. <br />➢ Quality Control/Quality Assurance <br />20 <br />4. Florida Statue 287.055 Section 2.(d) Certified <br />Minority Business Enterprise Certification, if applicable <br />No Additional <br />Points Assigned <br /> TOTAL POINTS 100 <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />In order to be considered responsive, Proposers shall, at a minimum, demonstrate <br />compliance with the following Pre-Qualification Criteria in their proposal. All <br />requested documentation and/or information shall be provided in the Proposal to <br />confirm that the Proposer has satisfied the Prequalification Criteria in order to be <br />properly evaluated as listed herein. Proposers failing to meet these requirements <br />shall be deemed non-responsive. The Proposer shall, at the time of Proposal <br />submittal, time of award, and throughout the duration of the Contract, continue to <br />meet the following Pre-qualification Criteria requirements as stated in the Solicitation <br />Documents. <br /> <br />4.3 Presentations / Interviews <br /> <br />Upon completion of the initial criteria evaluation, the City may elect to shortlist all responsive <br />proposals and may proceed with conducting oral presentation(s) with the Proposer(s) which <br />the City Manager or designee deems to warrant further consideration. Should the City require <br />such oral presentation(s), the Proposer(s) will be notified in advance of appearing before the <br />City Project Manager(s). The City also reserves the right to request additional materials of <br />Proposers, including, but not limited to, financial statements, etc. Upon completion of oral <br />presentation(s) and/or facility site visits, the City will re-evaluate the proposals remaining in
