BA provided comprehensive improvements and additions to a 104- <br />acre, 18-hole municipal golf course and clubhouse facility bounded by <br />Johnson Street, Polk Street, North 14th Avenue, and North 17th Avenue. <br />The multiphase program included the redesign of the 18-hole golf course <br />by Richard Mandell Golf Architect in collaboration with Miller Legg; <br />construction of a new 7,600-square-foot clubhouse featuring a pro shop, <br />multifunction space, food preparation area, and administrative offices; <br />and development of a new 4,000-square-foot cart barn with capacity for <br />approximately 76 golf carts and charging stations. <br />Additional work included the renovation and conversion of an existing <br />6,000-square-foot pro shop and cart barn into a maintenance facility, as <br />well as cosmetic upgrades to the existing fairway restrooms.
