<br />At BA, we believe the most successful continuing services

<br />Every assignment, regardless of its size or complexity, represents
<br />an opportunity to become a trusted extension of the City’s staff

<br />technical expertise. Our role extends beyond preparing plans
<br />and specifications; we will work collaboratively with the City of
<br />Sunny isles Beach to understand your vision, solve challenges,
<br />and deliver projects that improve the quality of life for residents
<br />and visitors while protecting the City’s investment for years to
<br />come.
<br />We understand that the City of Sunny isles Beach requires
<br />consultants who can respond quickly, communicate effectively,
<br />and successfully manage a wide variety of municipal projects.
<br />Some assignments may involve architectural renovations or new
<br />civic facilities, while others may focus on parks, streetscapes,
<br />public spaces, pedestrian enhancements, resiliency initiatives,
<br />or other community improvements. Certain projects may require
<br />only architectural or landscape architectural services, while
<br />others may benefit from a fully integrated team of engineering
<br />and specialty consultants. Our approach is intentionally flexible,
<br />allowing us to tailor each project team to the specific needs of
<br />every assignment while providing the City with a single point of
<br />responsibility and seamless coordination throughout the project.
<br />Our architects, landscape architects, planners, engineers, and
<br />specialty consultants have collaborated on municipal projects
<br />throughout South Florida for many years. This long-standing
<br />working relationship allows us to assemble the right expertise
<br />at the right time, providing focused professional services for
<br />smaller assignments while seamlessly expanding our team for
<br />more technically complex projects. The result is an efficient,
<br />coordinated approach that delivers high-quality solutions
<br />without unnecessary complexity or duplication of effort.
<br />Every project is guided by the same philosophy: we begin by
<br />listening, we develop solutions collaboratively, we maintain the
<br />highest standards of quality throughout the design process,

<br />and the City’s objectives have been achieved. These principles

<br />Every successful project begins with understanding. Before
<br />design work starts, our team takes the time to fully understand
<br />the City’s goals, operational needs, budget, schedule, and long-
<br />term vision for each assignment. We believe the best solutions
<br />are developed through open dialogue, careful observation, and
<br />collaboration with the people who know the project best.
<br />This initial effort establishes a clear understanding of project
<br />priorities, identifies opportunities and constraints, and creates
<br />a shared roadmap that guides the project from beginning to

<br />Design is a collaborative process. We work closely with City
<br />staff throughout each phase of an assignment, encouraging

<br />coordination. Rather than presenting predetermined solutions,
<br />we explore alternatives, evaluate options together, and develop
<br />recommendations that best balance functionality, aesthetics,
<br />sustainability, resiliency, constructability, and long-term
<br />maintenance.

<br />enhancing a streetscape, or revitalizing a community space, our
<br />objective is to create projects that reflect the City’s character

<br />No two continuing service assignments are exactly alike, and
<br />neither should the project team be. One of BA’s greatest strengths
<br />is our ability to provide the appropriate level of expertise for each
<br />assignment while maintaining a single, coordinated management
<br />structure.
<br />Assignments requiring only architectural or landscape
<br />architectural services are managed efficiently by focused
<br />teams dedicated to those disciplines. When additional
<br />expertise is required, our established network of civil, structural,
<br />mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, surveying,
<br />geotechnical, environmental, cost estimating, and other specialty
<br />consultants integrates seamlessly into the project. Because
