municipal continuing service contracts, communication is
efficient, coordination is streamlined, and responsibilities are
clearly defined.
This scalable approach allows the City to receive comprehensive
professional services through one coordinated team while
providing the technical resources appropriate to each project’s
scope and complexity.
We Deliver with Confidence
Quality is an ongoing process that begins on the first day of
every assignment. Throughout planning, design, permitting,
bidding, and construction, our team continually evaluates
project decisions to make sure they support the City’s objectives,
budget, schedule, and long-term operational needs.
Our multidisciplinary environment encourages continuous
coordination between disciplines, allowing potential conflicts
to be identified and resolved early in the design process.
independent quality reviews, constructability evaluations,
code compliance verification, and ongoing cost awareness
help produce coordinated, accurate, and reliable construction
documents while minimizing revisions, delays, and unnecessary
change orders during construction.
Equally important, we maintain regular communication with City
staff throughout each assignment. By providing timely updates,
addressing issues proactively, and remaining responsive to
changing priorities, we create a project environment built on
trust, transparency, and accountability.
We Remain Your Partner
Our commitment to the City of Sunny isles Beach does not end
when the construction documents are completed. We remain
actively involved throughout bidding, permitting, construction,
and project closeout, working closely with City staff and
contractors to answer questions, review submittals, evaluate field
conditions, and help resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.
We understand that successful projects are measured not
only by the quality of the design but also by how well they are
constructed, are maintained, and ultimately serve the community.
For that reason, we remain engaged until the project has been
successfully delivered and the City’s expectations have been
fulfilled.
For BA, every assignment is an opportunity to strengthen a
long-term relationship with the City of Sunny isles Beach.
Whether selected to provide Architectural Services, Landscape
Architectural Services, or both, our commitment remains the
same: to deliver responsive service, thoughtful design, technical
excellence, and collaborative solutions that support the City’s
continued growth while enhancing the experience of everyone
who lives, works, and visits Sunny isles Beach.
Quality Assurance/
Quality Control
Quality is fundamental to every project undertaken by BA.
Our quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program is an
integrated process that begins at project initiation and continues
through final construction documents. Rather than serving as
a final review step, quality control is incorporated throughout
planning, design, documentation, and coordination to achieve
accuracy, consistency, and constructability.
The principal-in-charge, project manager, and discipline leads
continuously monitor the work to verify that all City requirements,
stakeholder input, technical standards, and project objectives
are incorporated into each phase of the project. Prior to every
milestone submission, documents undergo a comprehensive
multidisciplinary review to identify and resolve inconsistencies,
omissions, possible coordination issues, and opportunities for
improvement.
Our QA/QC review process evaluates each project to achieve
the following:
• Compliance with the City’s program objectives and project
requirements.
• Conformance with applicable local, state, and federal codes
and regulations.
• Coordination between all design disciplines.
• Constructability and long-term durability.
• Alignment with established project budgets.
• Ease of operation and maintenance for City staff.
• Consistency with the City’s resiliency, sustainability, and
public safety goals.
Our independent QA/QC reviewers represent multiple
disciplines, including landscape architecture, architecture, civil
engineering, structural engineering, MEP engineering, and
construction administration. This multidisciplinary approach
