THE BETAJONES GROUP, INC.

EXPEDITING DEVELOPMENT

Some of Mr. Betalleluz’s designs also have won national awards, Project of the Year Nominations,
amongst many years of design experience (Tropical Park Track and Field Stadium).

SCHEDULES, COST, AND QUALITY

The BetaJones Group, Inc. team’s philosophy “level of technical excellence, practical experience and client
responsiveness” includes the following 3 key Tasks in every project:

a. SCHEDULE CONTROL
Large Projects such Everglades Restoration Project, Tropical Memorial Park Track and Field
Stadium, West (End) Kendall District Regional Park, Miami-Dade Transit, and All Miami
Dade Aviation Airport Projects were successfully completed via a Controlled Schedule done
in professional Scheduling Software. An analysis of the Critical Path Method and Tight
Contract Control along with Agency Follow Ups allowed for these projects to be finalized
within the Project Time Period.

b. COST CONTROL
Many of our Large Projects such as Tropical Memorial Park Track and Field Stadium, West
(End) Kendall District Regional Park, Miami-Dade Transit, and All Miami Dade Aviation
Airport Projects were successfully completed on budget by providing Cost Estimates
throughout the Design Process, along with Value Engineering and Constant Coordination
with the Client. This allowed all of our projects to come be completed within the full Project’s
budget and allowed our clients to save thousands of dollars and in some cases, hundreds of
thousands of dollars in construction costs.

c. QUALITY CONTROL
The BetaJones Group does not release any internal design until at least two experienced
engineers have reviewed Design and Design Calculations. This allows the quality of our
product to always be solid and presentable.

LIST OF CLIENTS

• Dezer/Trump Development Group
• The Related Group
• St. Thomas University
• University of Miami Doctor’s Hospital
• Miami Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces
• City of Hallandale Beach
• City of Miami Gardens
• City of Marathon Key
• Village of Pinecrest
• The Seminole Tribe of Florida
• The United States Department of Military Affairs
• The United States Corps of Engineers
• Cymbal Development
• Stanbery Development
• The Arnold Palmer Design Group
• Deering Bay Golf and Country Club
• Brown Hill Development
22 The BetaJones Group/RFQ#26-07-01
