<br />William has four decades of experience in the field of structural engineering, a significant
<br />portion of that with Bliss & Nyitray, Inc. William has been Engineer of Record and Threshold
<br />Inspector for many of BNI’s signature and award-winning projects such as the $2 Billion North
<br />Terminal Development at Miami International Airport. William takes a hands -on approach to
<br />engineering and is very involved in projects setting up structural concepts and systems after
<br />comparison studies of various framing systems considering aesthetics, constructability, and
<br />economy. His quiet approach to leadership ensures team interaction and participation resulting
<br />in projects that are delivered on schedule and uphold BNI’s standards of the highest quality.

<br />- A new 1-story, 10,000-SF police sub-station with 225 on-
<br />grade parking spaces for employees and City vehicles
<br />- Principal-in-Charge, Engineer of Record, Threshold

<br />City of Doral Public Works Maintenance Facility,
<br />Doral, Florida
<br />- New 2-story, 32,000-GSF building. One part has 2-story
<br />offices, and the other part is a single, high-bay
<br />maintenance area.
<br />- The building is a category 5-rated structure to serve as a
<br />hurricane response facility

<br />Miami-Dade Correction and Rehabilitation (Jail Site 1),
<br />Doral, Florida
<br />- The project will replace the outdated Pretrial Detention
<br />Center (PTDC) with a modern facility designed to improve the
<br />safety, operational efficiency, and inmate housing
<br />conditions.
<br />- The facility will provide comprehensive mental health care,
<br />addiction treatment, and other support services for inmates,
<br />including connections to family, attorneys, courts, and
<br />community resources.

<br />North Miami Police Facility, North Miami, Florida
<br />- A new North Miami Police Station, a four-level reinforced
<br />concrete structure of some 40,000-SF. The Police force is
<br />able to train and maintain vehicles all in one aesthetically
<br />pleasing building which is highlighted by a 30-ft. atrium.
<br />- Public areas include an ATM machine and a community
<br />meeting room accessible on the first floor.

<br />- A 23-story building providing more than 600,000-SF of
<br />space. 46 finished jury courtrooms and shell space for an
<br />additional four courtrooms to accommodate future growth.
<br />- Secure parking for 59 vehicles. Site development includes
<br />necessary utilities and utility improvements, hardscape,
<br />landscape, and road and traffic control improvements.

<br />- The Miami-Dade Children's Courthouse reflects the unified
