Roof replacement of two (2) buildings. <br />- Remodeling of four (4) Group Restrooms and twelve (12) individual classroom toilet rooms and make them ADA compliant. <br /> Design Completion Date: November 2018 <br />Construction Completion Date: September 2020 <br /> <br />At&t Ojus CO 2nd Floor Remodeling Project l Miami, FL <br />- Performed Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering /design and consulting services for the remodeling of the south half of the <br />2nd floor to accommodate a new training center.
