<br />General Civil Engineers
<br />Contract Requirement: Provide general civil engineering services including planning, feasibility studies,
<br />roadway, drainage, water, wastewater, stormwater, bridge, pump station, and structural improvements; design,
<br />permitting, surveying/GIS, construction documents, cost estimating, bidding and construction administration,
<br />regulatory compliance, development review, grant support, engineering consultation, inspections, and other
<br />miscellaneous engineering services as requested by the City.
<br />CAP’s Qualifications:
<br />Extensive experience providing municipal civil engineering services for roadway, drainage, water,
<br />wastewater, utility, and infrastructure improvement projects.
<br />Proven expertise in roadway design, drainage analysis, stormwater management, and utility coordination.
<br />Preparation of feasibility studies, engineering reports, master planning documents, and capital
<br />improvement recommendations.
<br />Preparation of complete construction plans, specifications, engineer's cost estimates, and bid documents.
<br />Experience obtaining permits and coordinating with Federal, State, County, and local regulatory agencies.
<br />Construction administration, field inspections, and engineering support throughout construction.
<br />Experience reviewing development plans for compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards.
<br />Ability to support municipal staff with ordinance development, engineering reviews, technical
<br />recommendations, and miscellaneous engineering assignments.
<br />Familiarity with grant-funded infrastructure projects and preparation of supporting technical documentation.
