Transportation / Transit / Traffic Engineering <br />Requirement: Transportation planning, traffic engineering, transit planning, feasibility studies, cost estimating, project <br />management, grant support, route planning, mobility studies, and coordination. <br />CAP’s Qualifications: <br />Extensive experience in transportation planning and engineering throughout South Florida. <br />Preparation of transportation feasibility studies, traffic analyses, and roadway improvement recommendations. <br />Project management services including scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and agency coordination. <br />Experience supporting multimodal transportation planning, roadway improvements, pedestrian facilities, and complete <br />streets initiatives. <br />Construction Engineering & Inspection Services (CEI) <br />Requirement: Construction engineering and inspection services, contract administration, inspection, materials testing <br />coordination, cost estimating, and inspection of municipal construction projects. <br />CAP’s Qualifications: <br />Qualified Professional Engineers registered in the State of Florida with extensive CEI experience. <br />Experienced construction managers and inspectors providing quality assurance throughout construction. <br />Contract administration, pay application review, contractor coordination, change order evaluation, schedule <br />monitoring, and project documentation. <br />Field inspections for roadway, utility, drainage, structural, building, and infrastructure improvements. <br />Preparation of inspection reports, punch lists, project closeout documentation, and recommendations. <br />Commitment to maintaining compliance with applicable building codes, FDOT standards, and State requirements. <br />2.1 - Firm Qualifications & Relevant Experience <br />Q: Why is C.A.P.
