PHASE PROPOSED SERVICES <br />1) STUDY AND REPORT <br />Identify applicable regulatory requirements, evaluate alternative solutions, <br />recommend the best approach in coordination with the City, and prepare a <br />project report with cost estimates. Revise the report based on City <br />comments and provide the required final copies. <br />2) PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br />Prepare preliminary design documents, including design criteria, drawings, <br />specifications, and project descriptions based on the City’s selected <br />solution. Update project cost estimates and coordinate with the City <br />through review and acceptance of the preliminary design. <br />3) FINAL DESIGN/CONSTRUCTION <br />DOCUMENTS <br />Prepare detailed final designs, construction documents, specifications, and <br />updated cost estimates for all applicable disciplines. Coordinate permitting <br />and regulatory approvals, address agency comments, support bidding and <br />award, and provide final signed, sealed, and electronic design documents <br />to the City. <br />4) PERMITTING, BIDDING, & <br />NEGOTIATION <br />Attend pre-bid conferences, prepare meeting minutes and addenda, assist <br />with bidder prequalification when required, evaluate bids and bidders, and <br />provide recommendations for contract award to the City. <br />5) CONSTRUCTION <br />ADMINISTRATION SERVICES <br />Monitor construction for compliance with contract documents, review and <br />certify progress payments, identify deficiencies, prepare change orders for <br />City approval, and provide revised as-built/CADD drawings reflecting <br />changes made during construction. <br />Schedule of Proposed Services <br />CAP understands that the City of Sunny Isles Beach seeks a responsive, technically qualified consultant capable of <br />providing professional architectural and engineering services under a continuing contract in accordance with the <br />Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). As individual projects are authorized, CAP will work closely with <br />City staff to establish project-specific scopes, schedules, deliverables, and milestones while maintaining flexibility to <br />accommodate varying project sizes, priorities, and funding constraints. <br />Our proposed service schedule is designed to promote timely communication, efficient project delivery, and consistent <br />quality throughout every phase of an assignment. <br />RFQ No. 26-07-01RFQ No. 26-07-012.2 - Schedule of Proposed Services <br />Q: What services can C.A.P.
