<br />Q: How will CAP demonstrate its ability and capacity to meet the City's desired

<br />CAP understands that meeting the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s established timelines and deadlines is a critical
<br />component of successfully delivering professional engineering services. Municipal projects frequently involve multiple
<br />stakeholders, regulatory requirements, public coordination, permitting activities, construction considerations, and City
<br />review periods, all of which can influence the overall project schedule. CAP will therefore manage each assignment
<br />through proactive planning, appropriate resource allocation, consistent Project Manager oversight, continuous
<br />communication, and early identification of potential schedule risks. Our approach is designed to provide the City with
<br />predictable project delivery and a clear understanding of project status, while allowing CAP to respond quickly and
<br />effectively when conditions change. From project initiation through final deliverable, CAP will remain focused on
<br />maintaining the established schedule without compromising technical quality, accuracy, or the City's project objectives.
<br />At the initiation of each assignment, CAP will thoroughly evaluate the project scope, required services, anticipated
<br />deliverables, key milestones, critical deadlines, coordination requirements, and anticipated workload. Based on this
<br />evaluation, the Project Manager will assign personnel with the appropriate technical qualifications, project experience,
<br />and availability to perform the required services. Staffing and resources will be coordinated according to project priorities
<br />and schedule requirements to ensure that each assignment receives the appropriate level of technical support. CAP will
<br />establish a clear sequence of activities and identify those tasks that are critical to maintaining the overall project
<br />schedule. This early planning allows the project team to understand individual responsibilities, anticipate upcoming
<br />requirements, and coordinate activities efficiently from the outset. When multiple task orders or assignments are active
<br />concurrently, CAP will prioritize resources based on established City deadlines and project needs to ensure that each
<br />assignment continues to receive the necessary attention and support.
<br />Regular internal coordination will be used to identify completed activities, outstanding items, upcoming deadlines, and
<br />potential constraints. CAP will proactively evaluate factors that could affect timely delivery, including changes in scope,
<br />incomplete or delayed information, City review periods, permitting and agency coordination, utility coordination,
<br />unforeseen field conditions, stakeholder requirements, contractor inquiries, or other project-specific circumstances.
<br />When a potential schedule impact is identified, CAP will evaluate its significance and determine appropriate mitigation
<br />measures before the issue affects a critical milestone. Depending on the circumstances, corrective measures may
<br />include adjusting the sequence of activities, increasing coordination, reallocating personnel, advancing tasks that can
<br />proceed concurrently, expediting internal quality-control reviews, or assigning additional technical resources. Any matter
<br />requiring City input, direction, or approval will be promptly communicated to the City's designated Project Manager,
<br />together with an explanation of the potential schedule impact and CAP's recommended course of action.
<br />CAP's team structure provides the flexibility necessary to adjust staffing and resources as project demands evolve. If an
<br />assignment experiences an increase in workload, an accelerated schedule, additional technical requirements, or other
<br />unforeseen demands, CAP can supplement or reassign qualified personnel to maintain progress. Specialized technical
<br />staff may be incorporated into an assignment when required, while the Project Manager will continue to maintain
<br />centralized oversight and coordination. This flexibility allows CAP to respond to changing conditions without
<br />unnecessarily disrupting the established work plan or compromising the quality of deliverables. CAP will also maintain
<br />appropriate internal quality-control procedures throughout the project, ensuring that efforts to accelerate or maintain a
<br />schedule do not result in reduced technical review, incomplete documentation, or diminished professional standards.
<br />Our objective is to achieve the City's required deadlines while maintaining the level of accuracy, completeness, and
<br />quality expected from a professional engineering consultant.
