Because of her design and estimating knowledge, Mrs. Valencia’s most valuable input is the approach to the projects. Her experience as a Project Manager gained her a high-level of expertise and has been certified by FDOT as a Qualified CEI provider. 3.2.Staff Pool and Capacity CALTRAN employs 45+ transportation engineering and planning professionals across Miami and Tampa offices. Current utilization on continuing services contracts remains below 80% of capacity, ensuring the City will have immediate access to qualified personnel — including for urgent or safety- related requests requiring same-day or next-day response. CALTRAN has never failed to complete a task order on time or within budget on any continuing services contract. 3.3.Project Manager Allocation Juan Calderon, PE, PTOE, RSP1 has always been responsive to the City's on-call needs scaling to full engagement during complex or multi-task periods. Mr. Calderon will serve as the City's single point of contact for contract administration, task order scoping, scheduling, and quality oversight. He maintains active client relationships with Miami-Dade County, FDOT District 6, the City of Miami Gardens, and the City of Miami Beach, providing direct contextual knowledge for the Sunny Isles Beach operating environment. 3.4.LEED-Accredited Team Member Per addendum #2 dated July 20, 2026 Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation by the United States Green Building Council is not required. 3.5.Sub-Consultants CALTRAN confirms that no subconsultants are part of the team and all listed services in the proposed schedule will be performed in-house.
