<br />Miami Dade TPO General | Planning Consultant Phase VIII (2021-Present) | Provide professional planning activities on an
<br />as-needed basis to assist the TPO in the development of the transportation planning process as required. We reviewed the
<br />“Safe Routes to School” (SRTS) prioritization of all Miami-Dade County Public Schools prepared for FY 2018 through FY 2022
<br />and prepared FDOT FY 2023 SRTS infrastructure funding applications for the five (5) selected schools. This was performed
<br />through literatureresearch, data collection, school prioritization, site assessment, and provision of recommendations.Under this

<br />support the Miami-Dade County Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW) in the critical task of data collection
<br />for the National Transit Database (NTD) required Passenger Miles Travelled (PMT). This project is essential for ensuring
<br />accurate and up-to-date information for the transportation system (Better Bus Network) in Miami-Dade County. CALTRAN
<br />collected data (manual transit ridership counts) in compliance with the 2023 NTD Reporting Policy Manual and The NTD
<br />Sampling Manual available on the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) website. The data collected is compared withAutomated
<br />Passenger Count (APC) system to ensure accuracy and compliance with NTD requirements for certification of APCs. Contract

<br />D6 Modal Development Office. Included multimodal inspections and reports, project site visits, multimodal inventories, transit
<br />systems safety plan reviews, transit system vehicle inventory, and park-and-ride inventory, for aviation, intermodal, rail, seaport,
<br />and transit projects in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. Provided final inspections for airport grant recipients to ensure

<br />FDOT D6 | Districtwide Freight Logistics and Passenger Service OPS Consultant Services (2013-2018) | Served as
<br />Deputy Project Manager or EOR providing general management support, researching freight plans and ongoing freight project
<br />development, brainstorming advisory of freight and transit strategies and potential objectives for existing and future projects,
<br />reviewing freight and transit national and international trends, performing field assessment, assisting management with
<br />internal/external coordination of stakeholders. For MDT Bus System Evaluation, served as support for FDOT System Safety
<br />and Security reviews of MDT, compliance with requirements of 14-90 FAC; assessed MDT documents such as System Safety
<br />Program Plan, System Security and Emergency Preparedness Plan, operating procedures; included on-site visits for triennial
<br />review activities; provided briefing of findings and reporting. For MOT design, designed MOT for proposed closures, coordinated
<br />with stakeholders and MOT contractor, prepared plans including tabulation of quantities, notes, detour route plans, and
<br />coordinated plan reviews. For CEI, provided personnel to audit rehabilitation of FEC and CSX railroad crossing in Miami;
