<br />Cost Estimating: CES performs cost estimating services in accordance with AACE International Recommended Practices, ensuring that

<br />Comprehensive Construction Management and Inspection: CES offers full in-house Construction Management and Inspection, Resident
<br />Engineering Inspection, and EDC services for horizontal and vertical infrastructure programs, airports, ports, hospitals, and schools.
