Uri Aszodi, <br />PE, our proposed Transportation/Transit/Traffic Engineering Project Manager/Engineer-of-Record, is a transportation <br />and roadway engineering leader with 23 years of experience delivering full life cycle projects across multiple FDOT <br />districts and local agencies. His experience includes serving as project manager and engineer-of-record on complex <br />resurfacing and reconstruction programs, integrating roadway design, temporary traffic control, ADA upgrades, drainage <br />improvements, safety enhancements, and signing and pavement marking to meet performance goals on time and within <br />budget. Uri’s project experience includes FDOT Districts One, Two, Three, Four, Six, and Seven, as well as Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. <br />Additionally, Darlene M. Fernandez, PE, who will serve as Technical Advisor and QA/QC, has served in key leadership roles <br />including Executive Director of the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority (MDX), where she oversaw the planning, design, <br />construction, operations, and maintenance of five major expressways totaling more than $250 million in annual <br />capital and operational expenditures, and Assistant Director of Traffic Services for the Miami-Dade County Department <br />of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW), where she managed two divisions responsible for approximately 5,000 <br />traffic signals, approximately 27,000 streetlights, and 1.5 million traffic control signs across the County.
