<br />Sergio Williams
<br />has over 11 years
<br />of experience
<br />delivering civil
<br />engineering
<br />solutions across water,
<br />wastewater, stormwater,
<br />drainage, transportation, and
<br />aviation infrastructure. He has
<br />a strong technical foundation in
<br />engineering design, hydraulic
<br />and hydrologic modeling, and
<br />construction management, with
<br />experience supporting projects
<br />from initial planning and field
<br />investigations through final design,
<br />permitting, and construction. His
<br />expertise includes preparation of
<br />construction documents, technical
<br />reports, specifications, and
<br />engineering calculations, as well as
<br />coordination with multidisciplinary
<br />teams and stakeholders to advance
<br />complex infrastructure programs.
<br />Sergio brings a comprehensive
<br />understanding of utility systems,
<br />including water transmission
<br />and distribution, sanitary sewer
<br />collection, stormwater management,
<br />and treatment facilities.

<br />Uri Aszodi is a
<br />transportation
<br />and roadway
<br />engineering leader
<br />with 23 years of
<br />experience delivering full life
<br />cycle projects across multiple
<br />FDOT districts and local agencies.
<br />His experience includes serving
<br />as project manager and engineer-
<br />of-record on complex resurfacing
<br />and reconstruction programs,
<br />integrating roadway design,
<br />temporary traffic control, ADA
<br />upgrades, drainage improvements,
<br />safety enhancements, and
<br />signing and pavement marking
<br />to meet performance goals on
<br />time and within budget. Uri
<br />combines rigorous QA/QC and
<br />materials oversight with advanced
<br />3D OpenRoads modeling to
<br />optimize geometry, staging, and
<br />constructability. He is adept at
<br />coordinating utilities, permitting,
<br />and stakeholder communications
<br />while guiding multidisciplinary
<br />teams and mentoring staff. Known
<br />for rapid problem solving and clear
<br />documentation, he consistently
<br />reduces risk, improves corridor
<br />operations, and advances client
<br />objectives. Uri’s project experience
<br />includes FDOT Districts One, Two,
<br />Three, Four, Six, and Seven, as well
<br />as Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise.

<br />Throughout his 20-
<br />year career, Juan
<br />Rodriguez Ortiz
<br />has successfully
<br />developed and
<br />directed strategic planning
<br />and regulatory compliance for
<br />process improvement activities
<br />and global regulatory design.
<br />His contributions have led to
<br />the improved development,
<br />implementation, and management
<br />of water and wastewater
<br />treatment programs. Juan has
<br />a proven track record in the
<br />project management of various
<br />stormwater and civil infrastructure
<br />engineering projects, roadway
<br />improvements, and sea-level rise
<br />infrastructure design. Juan is
<br />also an experienced Construction
<br />Manager, having worked on
<br />large-scale construction projects.
<br />In his career he has successfully
<br />managed large-scale multiphase
<br />capital improvement water and
<br />sewer treatment, water distribution
<br />and wastewater collection systems
<br />projects and programs from
<br />inception through completion,
<br />turnover, and operation.
