RFQ # 26-07-01 | CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH | CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES (CCNA)101 <br />CES CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />The project manager will allocate the time and resources necessary to meet the requirements of <br />each assignment, with his level of involvement tailored to the scope, complexity, schedule, and <br />coordination needs of the work. He will remain actively engaged from task authorization through <br />completion, providing overall direction to the project team. He will coordinate with City staff to <br />confirm priorities, establish schedules, define responsibilities, and ensure that the appropriate <br />technical personnel are assigned to each task. <br />Throughout project delivery, the project manager will monitor progress, workload, budget, <br />quality, and upcoming milestones to maintain responsiveness and avoid delays. He will adjust <br />staffing and technical resources as project needs evolve, facilitate coordination among CES staff, <br />subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders, and remain available to address <br />issues requiring timely management attention. This flexible approach will allow CES to provide the <br />City with consistent leadership while efficiently scaling resources to support each assignment. <br />CES’s current workload is distributed across a diverse portfolio of assignments. We actively <br />monitor staff commitments, project schedules, and upcoming milestones to maintain sufficient <br />capacity across technical disciplines. This workload management process allows CES to assign <br />personnel based on each task order’s scope, complexity, schedule, and required expertise while <br />maintaining responsiveness to existing clients. <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach contract will fit well within CES’s planned workload and available <br />resources. Our project manager will coordinate assignments and allocate the appropriate <br />technical and support personnel to meet the City’s needs. CES can adjust staffing as assignments <br />progress, draw upon additional qualified personnel when specialized expertise or accelerated <br />delivery is required, and prioritize City requests to provide consistent service, timely deliverables, <br />and continuity throughout the contract term. <br />The CES Team is fully committed and immediately available upon contract award to support the <br />City with the necessary staff and resources to deliver quality results from Day 1. With our depth <br />of local resources, we have the capacity to mobilize quickly and manage concurrent assignments, <br />if needed. <br />Our team structure allows us the flexibility to assign the right personnel for each project without <br />delays or resourcing issues. Additionally, the ability to appropriately staff up or down based on <br />project needs allows us to align resources efficiently, serving as a powerful budget management <br />tool that helps the City avoid unnecessary costs and optimize use of available funds. <br />CES holds weekly operational meetings to discuss staffing for our current and future workload based <br />on the Project Management, Backlog, and Look Ahead reports generated by our Acumatica software. <br />This allows us to remain agile and fully aligned with current and upcoming workload needs. <br />Throughout the contract term, we will provide proactive communication, responsive service, and <br />consistent follow-through.
