<br />MDWASD Pump Station Improvement Program, Miami-Dade County, FL: Principal-in-Charge for
<br />multidisciplinary design services supporting the evaluation and upgrade of more than 35 sanitary
<br />sewer pump stations and associated force mains under an ongoing systemwide improvement
<br />program. Scope included inspection, analysis, and design of pump station upgrades and replacements,
<br />including wet wells, valve vaults, pumps, piping, electrical systems, and site improvements, as well
<br />as force main design. Oversaw coordination across civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, surveying,
<br />and geotechnical disciplines to support compliance with regulatory requirements and accelerated
<br />program schedules.
<br />Village of Key Biscayne Stormwater Master Plan/Program, Key Biscayne, FL: Vice President,
<br />Program Management Services. Provided executive program support for development of shoreline
<br />protection framework and grant coordination with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, supporting
<br />strategic planning and resource allocation.
<br />Bayshore Neighborhoods (A, B, and C) Right-of-Way (ROW) Improvements Resident Project
<br />Representative (RPR) Services, Miami Beach, FL: Program Manager. Oversaw project controls and
<br />construction management tasks for Resident Project Representative services, including change
<br />order reviews, independent cost estimates, bid analysis, and baseline schedule reviews. Managed
<br />field oversight for water main and stormwater improvements within multiple capital improvement
<br />neighborhoods to ensure compliance with contract documents and permit conditions.
<br />Flood Mitigation Area, South Area Expansion, Medley, FL: Construction Management Support.
<br />Provided construction management support for stormwater improvements including paving
<br />and drainage upgrades funded through a state grant. Delivered schedule reviews, change order
<br />analysis, field personnel management, inspection oversight, testing verification, and contractor
<br />progress documentation.
