<br />comprehensive plan reviews, specification analysis, and design evaluation for cost impacts; developing
<br />conceptual and hard bid estimates for luxury custom homes and commercial developments; building
<br />and maintaining databases for unit pricing and historical cost tracking by trade; developing detailed
<br />scope sheets and RFPs for all trades; coordinating subcontractor walkthroughs, collecting bids, and
<br />leading bid leveling; creating project budgets, VE options, and procurement schedules; facilitating
<br />detailed estimator-to-PM turnover packages including scope clarifications, budget forecasts, and

<br />supporting project management team in cost control and buyout strategy.
<br />Ross Brothers Luxury Contractors, Dania Beach, FL: Senior Estimator. Managed all estimating
<br />efforts for high-end residential remodeling and build-outs in exclusive neighborhoods. Duties
<br />included coordinating with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy in scopes and
<br />estimates; managing bid schedules, job walks, and subcontractor bid analysis; producing detailed
<br />preconstruction packages for hand-off to the PM team; and participating in client budget meetings
<br />and VE sessions.
<br />Summit Structures, West Palm Beach, FL: Concrete Estimator – Shell Division. Specialized in
<br />estimating structural shell packages including concrete tilt-up, slab-on-grade, elevated decks,
<br />and associated rebar/post-tension systems for commercial and multifamily developments. Duties
<br />included performing detailed quantity takeoffs for concrete, formwork, rebar, and post-tension
<br />systems using structural and architectural plans; developing complete shell budgets with material,
<br />labor, and equipment breakdowns; coordinating with suppliers and rebar fabricators for accurate
<br />material pricing and availability; reviewing PT shop drawings and structural details for tendon layout
<br />verification and field coordination; and producing bid proposals with schedule projections, value
<br />engineering options, and scope clarifications.
