<br />CES is well positioned to serve the City through our multidisciplinary team. CES has
<br />more than 140 professionals, three South Florida offices, and experience providing
<br />professional services to municipal and public-sector agencies through well over 100
<br />continuing services contracts during the firm’s 25+ years of operation. This depth of
<br />resources and continuing contract experience will allow CES to provide coordinated
<br />services and scale our staffing to the requirements of each City assignment.

<br /> »CES provides in-house civil engineering services for public-sector and municipal
<br />infrastructure projects, with services extending from feasibility studies and
<br />preliminary engineering through final design and construction management.
<br /> »CES’s stormwater and drainage capabilities include basin delineation, condition
<br />assessments, hydraulic modeling, level-of-service evaluations, alternatives
<br />analyses, stormwater pump station and drainage well design, cost/benefit analyses,
<br />and the design and permitting of stormwater, street, and utility improvements.
<br /> »CES provides water distribution, wastewater collection, pipeline, and pump/
<br />lift station services, including hydraulic modeling, condition assessments, asset
<br />management, infiltration/inflow reduction, regulatory compliance, system
<br />planning, design, permitting, and construction support.
<br /> »CES has performed general civil engineering work in constrained, built-
<br />out areas throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, coordinating site
<br />functionality, accessibility, vehicular and pedestrian access, drainage, grading,
<br />utilities, hardscape, and landscape requirements.
<br /> »CES’s documented project experience includes coastal and flood resiliency
<br />improvements involving stormwater modeling, pump stations, roadway
<br />elevation, utility coordination, property harmonization, ADA and pedestrian
<br />improvements, bicycle accommodations, and infrastructure designed to address
<br />flooding and sea-level rise conditions.
<br /> »CES has worked with Miami-Dade County and state and federal regulatory
<br />agencies on multiple projects, including permitting and compliance
<br />coordination involving DERM, FDEP, SFWMD, and USACE.

<br />and feasibility through final design and construction phase support, supporting
<br />corridor improvements, safety initiatives, multimodal improvements, and
<br />roadway reconstruction projects.

<br />Controlled Access Highway Design, Traffic Engineering Studies, Traffic Signal
