<br />Jim Wille is a construction executive with more than 40 years of experience leading complex public-
<br />sector and institutional capital projects/programs across South Florida and nationally. He provides
<br />executive leadership and direct construction oversight for large-scale vertical and horizontal
<br />infrastructure projects, including healthcare campuses, aviation facilities, courthouses, stadiums, and
<br />municipal bond-funded programs. Jim’s experience includes delivery of multihundred-million-dollar
<br />healthcare facilities, high-rise judicial buildings, major airport terminal and airside improvements,
<br />and award-winning public recreation complexes. He has served as Project Executive and Senior
<br />Construction Manager on design-build, CMAR, and publicly procured projects, overseeing contractor

<br />City of Doral, City of Doral Parks Program, Doral, FL: Senior Construction Manager. Provided senior
<br />construction management leadership for the City of Doral’s $157M voter-approved Parks Bond
<br />Program, overseeing the concurrent design and construction of multiple vertical and horizontal
<br />recreational facilities across the City. Responsible for program-level budget controls, master schedule
<br />oversight, contract administration, consultant coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder
<br />engagement to ensure successful execution across five major park developments delivered within an
<br />active public environment.
<br />Broward County, Central Broward Regional Park & Stadium Design-Build, Lauderhill, FL: Senior
<br />Construction Manager. Provided senior construction management leadership for the $70M, 110-
<br />acre Design-Build sports complex located at US 441 and Sunrise Boulevard. Directed contractor
<br />performance, schedule adherence, budget oversight, and quality control for development of a
<br />20,000-capacity stadium centered around a 167-yard (153-meter) ICC-certified cricket field—the
<br />first International Cricket Council-certified pitch in the United States. Oversaw site development,
<br />utility coordination, and multi-discipline construction activities for athletic fields, courts, water
<br />playgrounds, and recreational amenities within a large public park environment requiring phased
<br />construction and stakeholder coordination. Project received the National Association of County Park
<br />& Recreation Officials Class II Award for Park & Recreation Areas & Facilities.
<br />Miami-Dade County, Probate and Civil Courthouse, Miami, FL: Project Executive/Senior Construction
<br />Manager. Led construction management efforts for the $262M, 25-story, 47-courtroom high-rise
<br />courthouse facility in downtown Miami. Directed contractor performance, budget oversight, schedule
<br />management, quality control, and coordination among trade partners and County stakeholders.
<br />Scope included courtrooms, judge’s chambers, jury assembly spaces, secure circulation systems, law
<br />library, full-service kitchen and cafeteria, and complex building systems integration within a dense
<br />urban environment requiring strict security protocols and vertical construction sequencing.
<br />Jackson Health System, Jackson North Medical Facility, North Miami Beach, FL: Project Executive/
<br />Senior Construction Manager. Directed construction management activities for the $100M renovation
<br />and expansion of an active acute-care hospital campus. Responsible for contractor oversight, schedule
<br />performance, budget management, quality assurance, and coordination with hospital administration
<br />and regulatory authorities. Scope included renovation of five patient floors, full reconstruction of one
<br />patient floor, Emergency Department and Surgical Center upgrades, and site development across a
<br />100-acre campus including parking expansion and intersection improvements, executed within an
<br />operational healthcare environment requiring infection control compliance.
