<br />Liberty Street Improvements CEI, Hollywood, FL: Construction Project Manager/Contract Support
<br />Specialist for this Broward County Transportation Surtax Municipal Rehabilitation & Maintenance
<br />(R&M) project that includes approximately 350 LF of sidewalk replacement, ADA upgrades, drainage/
<br />stormwater repairs, and pavement resurfacing on Liberty Street between N 33rd Avenue and N 31st
<br />Avenue to benefit pedestrians and drivers. CES is providing ongoing CEI/CPM services for primarily
<br />Surtax and LAP funded roadway projects, which include stormwater and drainage improvements.
<br />FDOT D6, SR 7 Grouping CEI Services, Miami-Dade County, FL: Contract Support Specialist.
<br />Supported contract administration and closeout for two SR 7 projects totaling approximately $28.1M
<br />and 4-miles in length, including full reconstruction from NW 8th Street to NW 36th Street with
<br />MDWASD water and sewer improvements under a JPA (FM No. 425598-1-52-01), and resurfacing
<br />from NW 36th Street to NW 78th Street with ADA, drainage, and pavement improvements (FM No.
<br />430817-1-52-01). Responsibilities included processing pay estimates, weather letters, materials
<br />acceptance documentation and certifications; reviewing daily reports; maintaining as-built records;
<br />and supporting project closeout.
<br />Seminole Tribe of Florida Tribalwide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) Continuing
<br />Services Contract, STOF Reservations, FL: Director of CEI overseeing all task orders for CEI services
<br />through a multi-year continuing services contract. Work includes coordinating inspection activities
<br />from Notice to Proceed through Final Completion for each task order and daily on-site, full-time
<br />inspection to determine compliance with contract documents, approved submittals, shop drawings,
<br />and permits.
<br />SFWMD CPM/CEI for Homestead Field Station, Phase 1, Homestead, FL: Director of CEI for the
<br />construction management of the Homestead Field Station Building Replacement Design-Build
<br />project. This project consists of the demolition of three existing buildings (B-230, B-96 and B-33)
<br />and the construction of replacement buildings totaling 17,802 SF at the Homestead Field Station. The
<br />new buildings include office space, fleet service bays, structure maintenance service bays, storage
<br />areas for land management and canal levee, emergency generator and generator room, restrooms,
<br />locker rooms, asphalt restoration, abandonment of existing facility septic tanks and connection to
<br />city sewer including construction of a lift station, and new fuel tanks and fuel dispensing pumps.

<br />construction management of the Homestead Field Station Building Replacement Design-Build Phase
<br />2 project, which will complete the overall master plan and projects for the site.
