<br />Morgan Villanueva has more than 28 years of structural engineering, structural inspection, threshold
<br />inspection, design, construction document preparation, and construction management experience,
<br />primarily in South Florida. His experience includes structural inspection and threshold inspection
<br />for parking garages, educational facilities, residential buildings, bridge widenings, bridge repairs,
<br />concrete repair projects, 40-year recertification assignments, miscellaneous structures, and other

<br />City of Miami, Brickell Bridge Repairs, Miami, FL: Structural Inspector. Supported structural
<br />inspection for the Brickell Bridge Repairs project along SE 8th Street/Brickell Key Drive over
<br />Brickell Bay. Project included epoxy overlay removal, deck and sidewalk repairs, expansion joint
<br />replacements, ADA compliance upgrades, and seawall restoration to improve public safety and
<br />maintain traffic during phased lane closures.
<br />Florida International University, Parking Garages and Campus Buildings, Miami, FL: Threshold
<br />Inspector. Served as threshold inspector for six-story parking garages at FIU, including Parking
<br />Garages III, IV, and V, a new 10-story engineering building, and a new building for international
<br />student affairs.
<br />Miami Dade College, Medical Campus Parking Garage, Miami, FL: Threshold Inspector. Served as
<br />threshold inspector for a new five-story parking garage at Miami Dade College Medical Campus.
<br />Miami International Airport (MIA), Miami, FL: Structural Engineer/Inspector. Provided structural
<br />design and inspection for Bridge 311 repairs, the bridge from Perimeter Road to employee parking
<br />at NW 45th Avenue, and the first MIA flagpole located on LeJeune Road between the MIA Mover
<br />bridges and NW 21st Street.
<br />Miami-Dade County Public Works Facilities, Miami-Dade County, FL: Structural Engineer/Inspector.
<br />Supported design and inspection of Larchmont Pump Station Phases I and II, inspection for
<br />construction of Seaboard Pump Station, and inspection/40-year recertification for various facilities.
<br />40-Year Recertification and Concrete Repair Projects, Miami-Dade/Broward/Monroe Counties,
<br />FL: Structural Engineer/Inspector. Performed structural recertifications for residential buildings
<br />ranging from three to 18 stories and served as Structural Engineer of Record for plans preparation
<br />for concrete repairs.
