Lisette has worked on <br />several projects, including RRR, roadway reconstruction, and design-build projects. <br />She has designed and drafted roadway plans, signing and pavement marking plans, <br />and signalization plans using the CADD system and Geopak software. She has <br />created and reviewed pavement design packages, typical sections, and horizontal <br />and vertical alignments. Lisette has also prepared, reviewed and updated roadway <br />plans and other construction documents per the FDOT Plans Preparation Manual, <br />FDOT Design Standards, and Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. She has <br />generated CADD-produced quantities using Geopak for the computation book; <br />computed areas, volumes, and geometric data; prepared cost estimates analysis; <br />and established projects in the construction estimating system. Representative <br />project experience includes: <br />Greater Miami Expressway, FL, 836-29 NW 87th Avenue Interchange <br />Improvements at SR 836. Senior utility coordinator for this $5.5 million project. <br />The SR 836/NW 87th Avenue interchange reconstruction is the final piece necessary <br />to complete the Section 5 Master Plan. The project will complete the system-to- <br />system connections for the western portion of SR 836 connecting to SR 826 and <br />provide the ultimate capacity improvements along the SR 836 mainline. In addition, <br />the project will provide significant traffic operations and safety improvements for <br />the interchange and the surrounding arterial network. Lissette was responsible <br />for developing utility adjustment plan sheets, including existing and proposed <br />relocations, utility coordination with all utility companies having facilities within the <br />project corridor, and conducting field coordination meetings with utility companies <br />and the design team to coordinate and minimize relocations. <br />Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department, FL, 48-Inch Diameter Water <br />Transmission Main for “Area N”. Senior utility coordinator for this 2.3 million <br />project that consisted of the installation of 6 miles of 48-inch PCCP water main and <br />along SW 117 Avenue with two canal crossings (C-100) and Snapper Creek Canal. The <br />project also included the installation of 6,660 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron force <br />main along SW 117 Avenue (SW 108 Street to SW 88 Street). Lissette was responsible <br />for coordinating with all utility agency owners with existing facilities within the <br />project limits identifying and avoiding potential conflict with proposed work. Some <br />of the tasks performed were kick-off meeting, gathering utility information such as <br />as-built and marked-up plans from the utility companies, preparing all necessary <br />information for conducting meetings, preparing minutes, follow-up with all of the <br />utility companies, including phone calls, and face-to-face meetings to ensure <br />the utility companies completed. They returned the required documents for the <br />designer to accomplish a design minimizing relocation and project construction <br />delays. <br />Florida Department of Transportation - District 6, Miami Intermodal Center <br />Utility Master Plan.
