Suarez, PSM. With a <br />keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, he orchestrates the team’s efforts <br />with unwavering dedication. <br />Sunny Isles Beach Goverment Center - 18070 Collins Avenue <br />Longitude Surveyors performed an as-built survey of the paved areas and <br />surrounding site improvements. Services included locating elevations of <br />fountain features and utilities, tiled walls, over hangs, columns, curbs, <br />stairwells, entryways, raised planter platforms, existing fences, and other <br />visibleimprovements. All elevations were referenced to the NGVD 1929 vertical <br />datum. <br />Government Center Pedestrian Bridge <br />Longitude Surveyors performed a topographic survey to establish the existing <br />rights-of-way and property lines within the project limits. Services included <br />locating significant above-ground improvements, collecting elevation data on a <br />10-foot grid, documenting existing drainage infrastructure and utility information, <br />and establishing survey control points and temporary benchmarks to support the <br />project design. <br />Sunny Isles Water Main Improvements - NE 183 Street; North Bay Road; Atlantic <br />Boulevard; NE 178 Street; NE 181 Drive; NE 178 Drive; NE 180 Drive; and <br />Atlantic Isle <br />Longitude Surveyors performed a topographic survey and right-of-way analysis to <br />support the project design. Services included establishing horizontal and vertical <br />control, documenting above-ground improvements, collecting elevation data <br />for a Digital Terrain Model (DTM), and locating existing drainage and sanitary <br />infrastructure. We also performed utility designation using Ground Penetrating <br />Radar (GPR) and electromagnetic locating equipment, followed by Quality Level <br />“A” (QLA) Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) services at eighteen (18) locations <br />to verify the horizontal and vertical position, size, material, and direction of <br />underground utilities. <br />Samson Park 17451 & 17425 Collins Avenue <br />Longitude Surveyors updated the existing survey in accordance with FDEP <br />standards using the NAVD 1988 vertical datum. The survey included the exhibit <br />area, Mean High Water Line (MHWL), Coastal Construction Control Line (CCCL), <br />Erosion Control Line (ECL), bulkhead line, edge of water, seasonal high water line, <br />and the 0.0-foot elevation contour. <br />EDUARDO M.
