<br />Edmundo is Green Dade’s Principal in Charge and Senior MEP Project Manager
<br />with extensive experience delivering multidiscipline infrastructure projects for
<br />public agencies including the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department,
<br />Miami-Dade Aviation Department, Miami-Dade Department of Transportation
<br />and Public Works, and the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority. He
<br />directs project execution and quality control across mechanical, electrical, and
<br />plumbing (MEP) design teams, with management and QA/QC responsibility for
<br />HVAC systems, standby power supporting mechanical equipment, building
<br />ventilation and gas detection systems, and plumbing-adjacent utility systems
<br />such as oily water separators. As Principal in Charge, he oversees
<br />multidiscipline coordination, budget control, and client satisfaction from
<br />planning through construction support.
<br />Project Experience
<br /> WASD, CP-1 Booster Wastewater Pump Station, Miami, FL. (2026 – Current)
<br />– Principal MEP Engineer responsible for project execution oversight,
<br />multidiscipline coordination, and quality control for this new wastewater
<br />booster pump station. Supervised design phase engineering across
<br />mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, ensuring deliverable
<br />compliance with WASD standards and project requirements.

<br />WASD, 36th Street Maintenance Facility Phase 2 Improvements, Miami, FL.
<br />(2025 – Present) – Principal MEP Engineer and Electrical Engineer of Record
<br />for this facility improvement project. Designed MEP systems across three
<br />design options for a 14,600 SF facility comprising a workshop and
<br />administration block, FPL service Vault, an 800 kW/1,000 kVA standby diesel
<br />generator, VRF HVAC systems, and four dual-port Level 2 EV charging stations.
<br />Coordinated flood-resilience design per ASCE 24-14 and FBC Chapter 16 for
<br />outdoor hazardous systems including fuel storage, chemical storage, and
<br />battery systems.
<br />
<br />MDAD, MIA Terminal Wide Re-Roofing and Lightning System Upgrades,
<br />Miami, FL. (Project No. A19-MDAD-01; 2022–2023) – Served as Electrical,
<br />Lightning Protection Systems, and Communication Systems Engineer of
<br />Record, while overseeing multidiscipline coordination of mechanical
<br />equipment directly and indirectly impacted by the roof replacement, including
<br />chiller piping, HVAC units, and associated disconnects and conduits. Led
<br />completion of Phase 1A (Project Verification and Assessment of Existing
<br />Conditions) and Phase 1B (Schematic Design), and contributed to Phase 2
<br />(Design Development), coordinating mechanical equipment relocation and
<br />protection requirements with the design team to minimize disruption to
