PAGE 88 | RFQ 26-07-01; CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(CCNA) <br />TAB 4 - APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY <br />QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL (QA/QC): CHA will use a proactive quality <br />management planning and execution initiated at the earliest possible time in project <br />development and then implemented and monitored throughout design development. <br />Quality does not simply end with the deliverable. The CHA team is well versed in the <br />development of design QA/QC plans that meet or exceed our client’s requirements. <br />Our QC team will consist of several senior registered engineers covering each discipline of <br />the project, and they will not be involved in the day-to-day production of work. The CHA <br />team will develop and submit a QC plan (that will extend to our subconsultants) for the <br />entire contract, and our team will implement this plan rigorously. Our QC process for each <br />Task Work Order (TWO) relies on delivering and correcting each design/study component <br />as we progress through the evaluation process.
