<br />Mr. Rivera was responsible for overseeing the structural design of the West Transfer Station Building No. 1
<br />project, which included the design of the fuel tank slab and coordination of the associated building
<br />improvements and cost estimate.

<br />Sailboat Cay Condominium - Parking Garage Shoring Plans (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Rivera managed the preparation of shoring plans and calculations for the ramp to the third floor of the
<br />parking garage, as well as the second, mezzanine, and third floors. Coordinated engineering efforts to
<br />ensure the temporary support systems met safety requirements, structural integrity standards, and
<br />applicable codes while aligning with overall project objectives.

<br />Bent Tree Elementary School (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Rivera prepared structural construction plans and calculations for multiple elements across the
<br />Elementary School. He oversaw the design of covered walkways connecting Buildings 4, 1, and 10 to the
<br />main sidewalk at the drop-off area, as well as concrete repair drawings for walkways and slab covers.
<br />Coordinated the structural design for the replacement of exterior doors at Buildings 2, 3, and 13. Provided
<br />bid and award support during contractor selection and directed construction administration activities,
<br />including the review of shop drawings and submittals and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with
<br />design intent and project specifications.

<br />HCA Florida JFK Hospital (Atlantis, FL)
<br />Mr. Rivera conducted visual inspection of the exterior façade of the front section of the building to support a
<br />structural assessment report. Documented existing conditions, prepared findings and engineering
<br />recommendations, and incorporated photographic documentation of observed deficiencies.

<br />Broward Health Medical Center (Broward, FL)
<br />Mr. Rivera served as the Project Manager for the project Structural Rehabilitation. He was responsible for
<br />overseeing project planning, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities, managing communications
<br />with the Owner, monitoring project schedule and deliverables, and ensuring compliance with Broward Health
<br />requirements. Mr. Rivera supervised the execution of structural assessment, repair design, and construction-
<br />phase services, facilitating coordination among the design team, contractors, and stakeholders to support
<br />the successful rehabilitation of deteriorated crawl space structural components while maintaining
<br />uninterrupted hospital operations.

<br />Fire Station No. 5 Hardening (West Palm Beach, FL)
<br />Mr. Rivera is managing the structural engineering services for the evaluation, design, bidding, and
<br />construction of resiliency improvements at Fire Station No. 5. Overseeing the structural assessment of the
<br />existing roof, windows, and exterior doors, directing the preparation of the Basis of Design Report (BODR),
<br />and coordinating the development of signed and sealed structural drawings, calculations, specifications for
<br />the recommended hardening measures. Coordinating with City staff, supporting the bidding process, and
<br />overseeing construction-phase engineering services through project completion.

<br />Fire Station No. 6 Hardening (West Palm Beach, FL)
<br />Mr. Rivera is managing the structural engineering services for the design, bidding, and construction of facility
<br />hardening improvements at Fire Station No. 6. Overseeing the development of signed and sealed structural
<br />drawings, calculations, and specifications for the replacement of the roof membrane, windows, and exterior
<br />doors. Coordinating with City staff and the design team, supporting the bidding process, and overseeing
<br />construction-phase engineering services through project completion.
