<br />As a Survey Assistant with Conemco Consultants, Mr. Lopez plays a
<br />pivotal role in supporting topography and land surveying operations
<br />under the guidance of field surveyors as part of a larger team. Mr.
<br />Lopez has assisted the Survey Team conduct surveys on K-12
<br />campuses throughout South Florida, ensuring the precise and efficient
<br />collection and processing of geospatial data. Some of his
<br />responsibilities include operating specialized equipment, calling out
<br />readings, recording data, marking distances, and ut ilizing various
<br />measuring instruments as needed.

<br />Mr. Lopez assisted the Field Technicians by performing the field
<br />construction layout of both horizontal and vertical controls. He was
<br />responsible for the layout of soccer field billboard projects, as well as
<br />establishing contour lines, cross-sections, and earth movement for
<br />track and field projects.

<br />Frances S. Tucker Elementary School (Miami, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez assisted the Field Technicians and Party Chief during the
<br />topographic survey by helping collect field data, including spot
<br />elevations of the parking lot and Right-of-Way (ROW). He supported
<br />the identification and marking of utilities, drainage systems, sewer lines,
<br />manholes, water services, and landscape features. He also aided in
<br />establishing baselines, centerlines, and benchmarks for use in the
<br />design and construction layout.

<br />Mr. Lopez provided field assistance during the topographic survey,
<br />working under the direction of the Party Chief to collect data on utilities,
<br />drainage systems, sewer lines, and asphalt roadways. He contributed
<br />to identifying tree types and establishing elevation benchmarks for
<br />design references.

<br />Hebrew Academy (Miami Beach, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez provided on -site support for the field layout of utilities,
<br />drainage, sewer, and water services, as well as the building layout. He
<br />assisted with the setup of control points and helped maintain accuracy
<br />during the construction layout process.

<br />Saint Helen Catholic Church and School (Lauderdale Lakes, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez assisted the Field Technicians collecting information for the
<br />Boundary Survey, which included spot elevations for the centerline,
<br />edge of pavements, edge and top of the sidewalk, and top of the curb.
<br />The project scope also encompassed identifying the locations of trees
<br />and landscaped areas, visible irrigation system heads, above -ground
<br />utilities within the survey area, and locating all water meters, cleanouts,
<br />utility boxes and covers, water valves, and traffic signs.

<br />Mr. Lopez assisted the Field Technicians in collecting all information for
<br />a Specialized Topographic Survey, focusing on the client’s designated
<br />boundary areas.

<br />Mr. Lopez assisted Field Technicians in collecting data for Topographic Surveys, supporting project
<br />engineering and architectural design plans. His tasks included locating existing utilities, drainage
<br />systems, sewer lines, manholes, water services, and asphalt roadways, as well as identifying trees
<br />and types and recording spot elevations. He established baselines, centerlines, and benchmarks as
<br />references for design and construction layout.

<br />Atlantic West Elementary School (Margate, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez assisted Field Technicians in collecting all necessary information for a Special Purpose
<br />Topographic Survey. This included spot elevations for the centerline, edge of parking lots north and
<br />east of Building 1, paving, swales, edges, and tops of s idewalks, and tops of curbs. The scope of work
<br />also involved identifying trees and other landscape features, locating visible irrigation system heads,
<br />above-ground utilities within the survey area, and pinpointing all water meters, cleanouts, utility boxes
<br />and covers, water valves, and traffic signs.

<br />Crestwood Middle School – Portable Building Melaleuca Temp Holding (Palm Beach, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez assisted with the horizontal and vertical control layout for portable classroom buildings. He
<br />supported the layout of utilities, ramps, railing, walkways, canopies, column footings, easements,
<br />parking areas, and fencing. His tasks included setting up equipment and helping record accurate
<br />measurements in the field.

<br />Palm Springs North Elementary School (Hialeah, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez worked alongside the Party Chief to perform a detailed topographic survey. He aided in
<br />locating and documenting all existing underground and surface utilities, drainage systems, and natural
<br />features. His support also extended to recording spot elevations and establishing benchmarks.

<br />South Plantation School – Portable Building (Plantation, FL)
<br />For this project, Mr. Lopez supported the layout of horizontal and vertical controls for portable
<br />classroom buildings. He assisted in field tasks including the layout of utilities, ramps, railings, plumbing
<br />lines, and FEMA-compliant elements, ensuring proper alignment and documentation.

<br />Village By the Sea Condominium (Pompano Beach, FL)
<br />Mr. Lopez assisted the Professional Engineer in performing visual inspections to assess the existing
<br />conditions of the hallways in the four-story building and of 55 balconies at the referenced property. He also
<br />contributed to the preparation of detailed assessment reports documenting the findings and providing
<br />recommendations based on the inspections.
