<br />Mr. Soto brings more than 40 years of surveying experience, with a
<br />wealth of knowledge in managing and coordinating large-scale
<br />surveying projects, Right-of-Way (ROW) operations, and construction
<br />activities. As an integral member of the project management team, he
<br />has held roles as both Party Chief and Supervisor, where he was
<br />responsible for leading and supervising the daily operations of field
<br />surveying crews.

<br />In his capacity as Party Chief and Supervisor, Mr. Soto manages day -
<br />to-day field surveying tasks, reviews construction survey layouts and
<br />topographic engineering designs, and ensures compliance with ROW
<br />requirements. He is highly skilled in processing survey field data
<br />collected through GPS, Digital Leveling, and Total Stations. Additionally,
<br />he is proficient in generating survey drawings with AutoCAD and
<br />Carlson Survey. His expertise includes establishing horizontal and
<br />vertical controls, ROW delineation, project stakeouts, contours, profiles,
<br />cross-sections, and performing earthwork calculations.

<br />Mr. Soto was responsible for conducting a topographic survey that
<br />covered the Right-of-Way (ROW) layout and design revisions. The
<br />survey included elevations at key locations along SW 7th Street, such
<br />as the centerline, edge of pavement, center of swale, edge of sidewalk,
<br />top of curb, and ROW line. Additionally, the survey extended 5 feet
<br />inside the property on each side of the centerline. Cross-section
<br />elevations were provided at a maximum grid interval of 10 feet.

<br />As Party Chief Project Manager, Mr. Soto oversaw the field construction
<br />layout of horizontal and vertical field controls. He was responsible for
<br />the field layout of the soccer field billboard projects and the calculation
<br />of contour lines, cross-sections, and earth movement for the track and
<br />field area.

<br />drainage systems, sewer lines, water services, and trees. He also reviewed other landscape features
<br />and underground utilities, establishing baselines, centerlines, and benchmarks as references for
<br />construction layout. The survey data was documented in a CAD drawing.

<br />Mr. Soto led the topographic survey for the Bus Shelter Pilot Projects, gathering essential field data to
<br />support the engineering and design of the shelters. This included locating utilities such as drainage
<br />systems, sewer lines and manholes, water services, and asphalt roadways, as well as trees and other
<br />landscape features. He also recorded spot elevations and established benchmarks to guide the design
<br />and construction phases. The information was compiled into a CAD drawing for future use.
