RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

St. Thomas University Track and Field (Miami, FL)
As Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine provided a topographic survey of
the football field and surrounding areas to properly locate the 60’x30’
LED Scoreboard support and foundations and for the new Track and
Field design. The topographic Survey included spot elevations for
contour lines, location of water meters, cleanouts, utility boxes, water
valves, catch basin and sewer manholes with rim and inverts elevations
and pipes materials, edge of pavement, location of trees, swale area,
edge of sidewalk, top of curb, location of building, irrigation system
head.

Frances S. Tucker Elementary School (Miami, FL)
As the Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine oversaw the topographic
survey with spot elevations of the parking lot and the road Right-of-Way
(ROW). He analyzed the field data including all existing utilities,
drainage systems, sewer lines and manholes, water services, as well
as the location of the trees and other landscape features. Baselines,
centerlines, and benchmarks were established as references for the
design and construction layout.

Pine Crest Elementary School (Miami, FL)
Mr. Sassine oversaw the topographic survey at Pine Crest Elementary
School as the Lead Land Surveyor. The project scope included locating
all existing utilities, drainage systems, sewer lines and manholes, water
services, and asphalt roadways, and identified trees and their types. Mr.
Sassine also oversaw the benchmarks as references for the design and
construction layout to ensure accuracy.

Maurice A. Ferre Park (Miami, FL)
As Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine oversaw the topography survey,
including the legal description and property boundaries. He oversaw the
survey of the ROW and analyzed the field data including existing
utilities, drainage, manholes, curbs and gutters to v erify the CAD
drawings were accurate.

JOHN SASSINE, PLS, CGC, SA
Lead Land Surveyor

Hamilton on the Bay - Field Layout (Miami, FL)
As Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine was responsible for supervising field layout of both horizontal
and vertical controls. His duties included the precise layout of the project's utilities, such as the main
entrance handicap ramp, and the perimeter railing column building layout.

Somerset Country Club (Miramar, FL)
As Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine provided topographic and Right of Way (ROW) survey with
elevations to include spot elevations centerline, edge of pave, center of swale, edge of sidewalk, top
of curb, right-of-way line and 5’ inside the property. Cross-section elevations were provided at a
maximum of 40 ft. and high and points of the profile.

Atlantic West Elementary School (Margate, FL)
As Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine conducted a Special Purpose Topographic Survey within the
designated area of the school. This survey included spot elevations for the centerline, paving, swales,
sidewalk edges, top of curbs and edge of parking lots north and east of the building. The project scope
also involved identifying the locations of trees and other landscape features, visible irrigation system
heads, above-ground utilities within the survey area, and the precise placement of water meters,
cleanouts, utility boxes and covers, water valves, and traffic signs.

Iskandar Residence- Topographic survey
As Lead Land Surveyor, Mr. Sassine conducted a topographic survey that included spot elevations ,
cross-sections for the centerline, edge of pavement, center of swale, edge of sidewalk, top of curb and
