<br />Ms. Selman coordinated and performed structural inspections of the
<br />Hickman Garage Building, addressed deficiencies and provided
<br />recommendations to proceed with proper repairs on all floors including
<br />the roof.

<br />Banyan Tree Condominiums Phase I and II (Miami, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman worked on Structural Recertification inspections, reviewing
<br />and preparing structural forms and reports in accordance with the
<br />inspection procedural guidelines of the City of Miami building
<br />department, including assessments of the roof system.

<br />Ocean Bank - Electrical and Structural Certification (Miami, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman prepared the 40-Year Structural and Electrical
<br />Recertification reports for the two Ocean Bank buildings, in compliance
<br />with the Miami-Dade County Recertification Section guidelines. During
<br />the inspection process, any deficiencies identified were documented
<br />and communicated to the Owner through a preliminary report outlining
<br />items requiring correction prior to submission and approval of the
<br />Recertification.
<br />Arya Hotel (Miami, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman coordinated the inspection of post-tension (PT) cables and
<br />concrete restoration on the 7th-floor overhang slab. In her role as
<br />supervisor, she oversaw the inspector conducting the inspections and
<br />ensured that all reports were submitted to the client on schedule. Her
<br />scope included the re-stressing of PT Cables #9 and #11, including a
<br />pull test on Phase 2, Column 1, as well as a special inspection to
<br />investigate the broken PT Cable #12.
<br />Albion Hotel (Miami Beach, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman provided special inspector services, including the
<br />preparation of special inspector forms and the performance of required
<br />inspections during the exterior sign installation process for the project,
<br />in accordance with applicable codes and inspection requirements.

<br />Ms. Selman coordinated the inspection and evaluation of the Rake
<br />Beams Reinforcement for the new building, confirmed it has been

<br />School Board of Broward County (SBBC) Broward County School Roof Asset Management
<br />Services (Broward County, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman is the Project Lead for Conemco supporting the development of a comprehensive Roof
<br />Asset Management Program for the School Board of Broward County, Florida, aimed at optimizing the
<br />life cycle of approximately 33 million square feet of roofing. Her responsibilities include managing the
<br />Team that is conducting inspections, evaluations, and structural damage assessments, as well as
<br />assisting with compliance reviews, construction restoration supervision, and fall protection design.

<br />Broward County School Board-Schools Bleachers Visual Inspection (Broward County, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman is part of the inspection team performing inspections of the bleachers at Broward County
<br />Public Schools to ensure that the bleachers are free from hazards such as cracked welds, rusting,
<br />loose fastenings, missing parts, missing or damaged wheels , row locks, concrete spalling, exposed
<br />reinforcing steel, wood rot, chipped or splintered wood, evidence of wood destroying insects that would
<br />deem the structure unsafe, and that the existing bleachers are structurally sound for the intended use.
<br />Eagle Trace Recreational Community Center Storage Building (Coral Springs, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman coordinated the inspection and evaluation of the Rake Beams Reinforcement for the new
<br />building, confirmed it has been installed, complies with the design requirements, and ensured reports
<br />are delivered on time to the client.

<br />Sunset Apartments (Pompano Beach, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman performed engineering inspections to monitor the repair process for the project, including
<br />consultation and coordination with the Owner/Client, Project Manager, and General Contractor. Her
<br />responsibilities also included the preparation of control logs and reports as required in accordance
<br />with project and applicable code requirements.
<br />Ocean Bank Palm Springs Branch (Hialeah, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman prepared the 40-Year Structural and Electrical Recertification reports for the subject
<br />property, in accordance with the Miami-Dade County Recertification Section guidelines. As part of the
<br />inspection process, any deficiencies identified were formally docum ented and communicated to the
<br />Owner through a preliminary report outlining all required corrective actions to be completed prior to
<br />the submission and approval of the Recertification.
<br />Beach Garden of Hallandale (Hallandale Beach, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman conducted inspections and prepared the Structural and Electrical 40-Year Certification
<br />report for the two-story residential building for 21 units, in accordance with Broward County guidelines.
<br />Her scope included evaluation of structural and electrical components and the identification of any
<br />deficiencies. All findings were compiled into formal documentation, and any required repairs were
<br />communicated to the Owner prior to certification submission.
<br />Birch Pointe Condominium (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
<br />Ms. Selman performed structural safety inspection recertification services for the building, in
<br />compliance with Broward County Administrative Provisions and BORA Policy 05-05. Her scope
<br />included assessment of structural elements, identification of deficiencies, and documentation of
<br />findings. Any items requiring correction were communicated to the Owner through a preliminary report
<br />to ensure all issues were addressed prior to submission and approval of the final Safety Recertification
<br />Reports.
