<br />Mr. Herrera inspected the repairs of cracked and spalled concrete at the
<br />bottom and edges of the concrete slabs, as well as on beams, columns,

<br />beams, slabs, and walls, and inspected all bollards on every floor.

<br />Airport Hotel, which included comprehensive structural and electrical

<br />drawings for conformance with the contract documents, conducting structural site inspections to verify
<br />the installation of the roof membrane, windows, and exterior doors, documenting field observations,

<br />overseeing both structural and electrical assessments. He provided continuous on -site inspections
<br />during the repair phase to ensure all work complied with applicable recertification standards and
<br />maintained the structural integrity of the building.

<br />Mr. Herrera performed inspections of the post-tension cables and concrete restoration at the 7th-floor
<br />overhang, including observation of the final pool pump room slab placement. He also inspected a
<br />broken cable on the 4th floor and monitored cable stressing operations on the 6th floor. Additionally,
<br />he conducted evaluation procedures and ensured accurate documenta tion of all findings.

<br />Mr. Herrera was responsible for the visual inspection process of a two-story, 12,920-square-foot

<br />documentation of existing conditions, a building description, observed deficiencies, and
<br />recommendations supported by photographic records.

<br />Mr. Herrera inspected the building exterior façades, evaluating structural conditions and identifying
<br />potential deficiencies. Prepared comprehensive structural assessment reports documenting findings,
