Additionally, he inspected the stucco repairs on columns, <br />beams, slabs, and walls, and inspected all bollards on every floor. <br /> <br />Banyan Tree Condominium – Phase 1 & Phase 2 (Miami, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera completed the 40-Year Recertification for over 200 <br />townhomes at the Banyan Tree Townhouse Community. Additionally, he <br />conducted inspections, while the contractor made repairs, to ensure <br />that the work adhered to the design and met the Florida Building code. <br /> <br />Pullman Hotel (Miami, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera completed the 40-Year Recertification of the Pullman Miami <br />Airport Hotel, which included comprehensive structural and electrical <br />inspections. Throughout the repair phase, he conducted ongoing site <br />inspections to ensure adherence to recertification standards and <br />structural integrity requirements. <br /> <br />Atlantic Technical College (Coconut Creek, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera inspected the roof access ladders located on the exterior <br />sides of multiple buildings to verify their condition and compliance with <br />safety standards. <br /> <br />Building and Special Inspections (Multiple Locations) <br />Mr. Herrera conducted building inspections for projects such as One <br />Ocean Condominium, San Regis Hotel, Harbor Shops Publix, Astor <br />Condo at Delray Beach, and Brickell Financial Center. Participating in the evaluation of existing roof, <br />window, and exterior door conditions, verifying field conditions to support the Basis of Design Report <br />(BODR), reviewing contractor submittals and shop drawings, conducting structural site inspections to <br />monitor compliance with the approved plans and specifications, documenting field observations, <br />identifying construction deficiencies, assisting with resolution of field issues, supporting substantial <br />and final completion inspections, assisting with punch list development, and contributing to project <br />close-out documentation. <br />Fire Station No. 6 Hardening (West Palm Beach, FL) <br />Mr. Herrara is performing structural inspections and providing construction-phase engineering support <br />for the facility hardening improvements at Fire Station No. 6. Reviewing contractor submittals and shop <br />drawings for conformance with the contract documents, conducting structural site inspections to verify <br />the installation of the roof membrane, windows, and exterior doors, documenting field observations, <br />identifying construction deficiencies, assisting with resolution of field issues, evaluating completed <br />work for compliance with project requirements, supporting substantial and final completion <br />inspections, assisting with punch list development, and contributing to project close -out <br />documentation. <br />Melrose Place (Ft. Lauderdale, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera led the 40-Year Recertification process for Melrose Place, performing detailed structural <br />and electrical evaluations. During the repair phase, he carried out continuous field inspections to <br />confirm that all work met regulatory standards and upheld the building’s structural safety. <br /> <br />Kenland Pointe Condominium Phase 2 (Miami, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera conducted the 40-Year Recertification for Kenland Pointe Condominium Phase 2, <br />overseeing both structural and electrical assessments. He provided continuous on -site inspections <br />during the repair phase to ensure all work complied with applicable recertification standards and <br />maintained the structural integrity of the building. <br /> <br />Arya Hotel (Miami, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera performed inspections of the post-tension cables and concrete restoration at the 7th-floor <br />overhang, including observation of the final pool pump room slab placement. He also inspected a <br />broken cable on the 4th floor and monitored cable stressing operations on the 6th floor. Additionally, <br />he conducted evaluation procedures and ensured accurate documenta tion of all findings. <br /> <br />Biscayne Senior Housing (Homestead, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera was responsible for the visual inspection process of a two-story, 12,920-square-foot <br />building with 31 units and prepared an assessment report of the structural and electrical components <br />in accordance with Miami-Dade County recertification requirements. The evaluation included <br />documentation of existing conditions, a building description, observed deficiencies, and <br />recommendations supported by photographic records. <br /> <br />HCA Florida JFK Hospital (Atlantis, FL) <br />Mr. Herrera inspected the building exterior façades, evaluating structural conditions and identifying <br />potential deficiencies. Prepared comprehensive structural assessment reports documenting findings, <br />existing conditions, and professional recommendations. Reports included photographic evidence to <br />support observations and ensure accurate condition analysis. <br />
