He coordinated the preparation of construction <br />layout surveys and oversaw full -time inspection services to ensure compliance with project <br />requirements, while managing communication among the General Contractor, AOR, EOR, <br />subcontractors, and the client. He was responsible for tracking progress, overseeing documentation, <br />and ensuring timely resolution of field issues to support efficient project delivery. <br /> <br />Sailboat Cay Condominium (North Miami, FL) <br />Mr. Zamora managed engineering inspection services for the repair work project, overseeing full -time <br />inspection efforts to monitor construction performance and ensure compliance with applicable codes <br />and project requirements. He performed site inspections, coordinated meetings with project <br />stakeholders, reviewed RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and supervised documentation including <br />daily reports. <br /> <br />Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center (Miami, FL) <br />Mr. Zamora prepared the structural and electrical 30-Year recertification reports, inspections, <br />documentation, and communication with the owner to identify deficiencies and ensure all required <br />repairs were addressed prior to obtaining final recertification. <br /> <br />Broward County Schools MEP-PM/CM ESSER Program (Broward, FL) <br />Mr. Zamora played a key role in the School Board of Broward County’s $95 million ESSER Program <br />Management for the Physical Plant Operations Department, which encompassed over 300 projects <br />across elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as several coll eges in Broward County. He <br />supervised the installation of chillers, boilers, and air handlers, ensuring their integration into the <br />existing infrastructure, while coordinating with vendors and providing technical expertise. Additionally, <br />he supported the structural assessment team in evaluating the Department of Energy (DOE) grant <br />application, conducting site evaluations, and analyzing structural integrity. <br /> <br />BCPS Bleachers and Grandstands Inspection & Evaluation (Broward, FL) <br />Mr. Zamora was part of the team who performed Structural Life Safety Inspections of bleachers for <br />several schools. These inspections assessed the overall structure for signs of wear, checked safety <br />features such as guardrails and handrails, evaluated mechanical components for functionality, and <br />examined seating surfaces for hazards. He ensured compliance with local, state, and federal safety <br />codes, ADA Compliance and accessibility requirements. Additionally, Mr. Zamora generated detailed <br />reports to document any issues and recommendations for repairs, scheduling follow -up actions as <br />needed to maintain a safe environment for all users during school events. <br /> <br />South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) Homestead Field Station Roofing <br />(Homestead, FL) <br />Mr. Zamora provided daily site inspections as part of the inspection services agreement with SFWMD <br />for the roofing process. This included overseeing the lightweight insulating concrete system, base <br />sheets directly under the roofing membrane (a fully adhered multi-ply modified bitumen roofing system <br />with a mineral granule cap sheet), as well as flashing, stripping, and other roofing accessories integral <br />to the system installation. <br /> <br />Broward Health Medical Center (Broward, FL) <br />Mr. Zamora conducted structural inspections of a 185,000 SF area in the property's crawlspace. He <br />oversaw the concrete restoration in an 80x80 SF section beneath the pharmacy, inspecting joists, <br />slabs, and beams. <br />
